2018 has been the year of balance + self care 🏃🏼♀️🥦🧘🏼♀️🍕 I’ve learned that exercise is good for my physical and mental wellbeing but *should not* feel like torture. Food is medicine that cures everything from hanger to fatigue to symptoms of Lyme disease. And intuitive eating means eating the fries and not hating yourself for it. 🍟 Can’t wait to see what 2019 has in store.

Sorry, I’m booked 🙃 My fav reads of 2018 (in no particular order) 📚 Half of a Yellow Sun, Born a Crime, The Woman in the Window, An American Marriage, I’ll be Gone in the Dark, The Heart’s Invisible Furies, Educated, The Alice Network, & Nothing to Envy
A suggested new year’s resolution 🥯 (*Unless you actually have celiac disease) ~

My fav time to catch up on journaling is over breakfast ✏️☕️🍳 (Obv not a very traditional Italian breakfast because if I ate a croissant I’d be hangry AF by 10am)
Venice is experiencing their worst floods in decades and this compulsive planner is trying to go with the flow 😲 The floods are flowin’ me towards Florence instead 💁🏼♀️ Can’t wait to get there and, for medicinal reasons (see last post), stress eat a bowl of pasta 🍝 Recs please!!
